Artist | Educator
I believe that theatre is a catalyst for growth in many forms, including socially, emotionally, and creatively. As equal parts artist and educator, my job is to ensure that the art form should never be sacrificed, nor the learning process spared. It is my aim to facilitate environments that allow people to develop and define themselves, while also building bridges and community connections.
My work has taken me all over: California to Massachusetts, to Minnesota, Israel, London, and Florida.
I believe every opportunity is a learning opportunity, and I maintain a "Yes, and" motto with everything that I do. I value transparency with those I work with and those I work for, and I seek to model that when I teach.
I like the Pacific Ocean, fresh cut flowers, overpriced soaps, and picture books. I like bookstores and grocery stores and community gatherings. I like doing work that brings people closer to each other and closer to themselves.
